Reminders

• Students entering kindergarten and 7th grade are required to receive updated immunizations. Please be sure to send a copy of the updated immunization record to school. Students not in compliance will not be able to attend school after day 14.

• All students enrolled in the Academy of Angel classes need a immunization record on file. Please be sure you are in compliance by their first day of school.

• Students who have an inhaler or epinephrine injector will need a release form signed by the physician.

• Students who will need to take prescribed medications during school hours will need a release signed by the physician.

• Students with allergies to food and/or anaphylaxis should complete an allergy care plan.

• Medical supplies can be brought to school office during August hours or at the Back-to-School Night on August 9.
