All students enrolled in the Academy of Angel classes need a current physical and immunization record on file. Please be sure you are in compliance
K and 7th grade: Students entering kindergarten and 7th grade are required to receive updated
immunizations. Please be sure to send a copy of the updated immunization record to school. Students not in compliance will not be able to attend school after day 14.
