Athletic Boosters Funding Request Form

The purpose of the St. Michael Athletic Boosters Club:

-support the Toledo Diocese CYO Athletic policies and procedures as they apply to the student athletes, coaches, and families of St. Michael the Archangel Parish.

-support our school's student athletes by providing uniforms, tournament fees, assisting in making cost-effective sports physicals available to every child and other key services

-support CYO principles of fair play and good sportsmanship and embrace the philosophy that win or lose, athletics helps build character in youth.
